At GlassyVibes.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following items:

  • Non-prescription eyewear

  • Sunglasses

  • Accessories in original condition

Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose one based on your policy—default below uses 14 days).

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging, tags, and protective films must be intact

  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided


2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned due to customization, hygiene, or wear:

❌ Prescription glasses
❌ Customized lenses
❌ Items damaged due to misuse
❌ Items returned without original packaging
❌ Clearance/Final sale items


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@glassyvibes.com with your order number

  2. Provide photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  3. Wait for our team to approve and provide the return address

  4. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; GlassyVibes is not responsible for lost return parcels.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • We will offer one of the following:

    • Replacement

    • Exchange

    • Refund

No extra charges will apply if the mistake is on our end.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Color preference

  • Non-prescription eyewear

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Stock availability may vary.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
